Hanson Perfomance Group LLC. joins BAI

Hanson Perfomance Group becomes BAI Affiliate. After years of working with BAI as a Franchisor, franchise developer through the years and for many brands Hanson PG has joined as an affiliate with BAI to help those seeking to find the best match for their fanchise needs.

The business ethics and great people were the main reasons for choosing BAI. I didnt want commissions or hype biasing any referral I give when working with a candidate. Instead I wanted to make sure I was focusing on the best fit for the franchsor and the candidates who are looking for the perfect franchise or business opportunity.

BAI had all the right ingredients for me to want to become an affilite. They vet the franchises for me and the people i work with so we dont have to sift through thousands of brands that do not make the cut. Then we have a simple process to find the brands that are a good fit.

I began building franchises with International Franchise Solutions over 20 years ago. IFS built their reputation on growing Massage Envy from 3 company stores to over 700 locations in a three years. It was a great place to learn about franchsing, franchsie development and franchise sales. I worked with business owners that wanted to expand using the franchise model and developed their business into a franchise. I am glad I was a part of IFS.

I also have extensive background in franchise sales and development covering conversion to biz opportunity sales. I always have strived to be the best, tops in sales and performance as well as customer/ client experience. I have worked with the broker networks and well versed in all the levels of franchising from single unit, multi unit, area development and master franchising.

I have earned certification by Zig Ziglar in ZPG program for Ziglar Sales System, Strategies for Success and Effective Presentation Skills. I have also conducted hundreds of DISC trainings and evaluations. This experience has helped me become an effective leader and better manager of my self and others as well as a trusted advisor to my candidates I work with.

I feel confident that the franchises I introduce my clients to will be the best choices and together we will find the perfcr fit. Finding the needs, goals dreams of each client to match them with the franchisor is what I have successfuoy accomlished in the past 20 plus years. The proven system we have and my vast experience positions me in the best way to serve my clients.
